He has been remanded into custody
Efrem Goitom, of Tottenham Lane, London, allegedly touched the girl in a sexual manner on June 16, 2020, despite not reasonably believing she was over 16.
The 26-year-old was remanded into custody and will appear in St Albans Crown Court on August 7 to give a plea after an appearance in Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Monday .
