The incident happened on a busy Subway train
The victim was travelling on the rear coach of a busy train on Saturday night when three men approached him and held him down.The incident occurred at around 6.20pm while the train was travelling between Cessnock and Hillhead.
British Transport Police are now investigating the incident and urging any witnesses who would have been on the busy train to get in touch. Detective Constable Martin Graham from Glasgow said:"I am appealing to anyone who was on board the busy train at this time on Saturday evening.“Please text us on 61016 or call us on 0800 40 50 40 with the reference 463 of July 22.”
