A man was robbed of his jacket, phone and bank card after two males attempted to fight him in the Cathedral Quarter.
Police are appealing for information following the incident that took place outside St Anne's Cathedral on Friday, August 5, between 4pm and 5pm. It is alleged that the man was standing outside the Cathedral when two males, believed to be in their 20s and wearing tracksuits, approached him and attempted to start a fight.During the altercation the man's jacket, which contained a mobile phone and bank card, was stolen.A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are appealing for information following a robbery in the Cathedral Quarter area of Belfast on Friday August 5.
"Between 4 and 5pm, a man was approached outside St. Anne’s cathedral by two males who attempted to start a fight with him."Both were believed to be aged in their 20s and were wearing tracksuits.
