The road remains closed and police are at the scene
A man has been seriously injured after a car was involved in a collision with a tractor on a Nottinghamshire road. Emergency services were called at around 9.10am on Thursday, July 13, after a collision involving a tractor and car on the A46 near Car Colston.
The A46 has been closed between the B6166 near and A6097 near since 9.40am this morning as the crash scene is investigated. A spokesperson for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called at 9.17am on Thursday July 13 to a collision between a car and tractor on the A46 Trunk Road. Fire crews from Newark and Bingham attended the incident.
