Lancashire Constabulary said the victim, in his 30s, was assaulted by three attackers and suffered 'serious injuries'. The incident happened on Bibby Road in Bispham on Thursday, July 13.
In an appeal issued today , the force said two teenagers were arrested in relation to the incident and they are now looking to speak to the male in the CCTV as part of their enquiries. Anyone who recognises the male is asked to contact police.A Blackpool Police spokespersons said: "Do you recognise this male? We want to trace him in connection with an assault that happened on July 13th.
"It happened on Bibby Road in Bispham, when the victim was assaulted by three attackers and suffered serious injuries. The victim, a man in his 30’s, was hit over the head and sustained a fractured eye socket. "Two people – an 18-year old man and a 17-year-old boy – were arrested in relation to this incident in July. We’re now looking to speak with the male pictured, who we believe may be able to help us with our enquiries.
"Anyone who recognises the male pictured or has information about the incident is asked to please contact 101 – quoting log 1628 of July 13."
