As one player departs Man United's changing room for Barcelona, another arrives from the La Liga F giants
Geyse da Silva Ferreira, otherwise known as Geyse, has penned a deal to join the ranks at Manchester United on a permanent deal.
Geyse won La Liga F and the Champions League in 2023 coming off the bench in the 70th minute in the 3-2 win against Wolfsburg. She scored four goals and laid on five assists in 10 appearances in Europe. And a goal tally of six, with two assists in 24 La Liga F appearances last season. The ferociously fast-paced and skilled forward will look to fill the Alessia Russo-shaped hole as the number nine at Leigh Sports Village. She can play as the sole striker or in a pairing offering versatility in United’s attacking line.
