A man who stabbed his daughter during a psychotic breakdown is bringing a landmark £1 million case against the NHS over claims that doctors botched his treatment
Armed police shot Marc Traylor three times after he seriously injured his 16-year-old daughter, Kitanna, with two knives after taking her hostage at their home in Kent in 2015.His daughter suffered multiple stab wounds to her right arm, chest, right leg and stomach and was left with a torn bowel plus lacerations to her liver, colon and spleen.
