He was punched from behind
The 27-year-old victim was assaulted after withdrawing money from a cash machine next to the Day-Today store, on Clippens Road, at around 8.45pm on Saturday.
While walking back to his car, the man was knocked to the ground after being punched to the head from behind.Police said no money or personal belongings were taken by the suspect, who was wearing a black-hooded top, with the hood up, during the incident.Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call the police on 101.
