1Energetic and eager as ever in pressing his opponents but United's willingness to let Fred wander forward contributed to their looseness. 1Drew a save from Alisson to unsettle Liverpool but his crosses were dire and he regressed by running into cul-de-sacs. 1Started the game playing out of position and on this occasion he could not effect the play whatsoever. Became more truculent as the scoreline got worse. 1Missed a huge chance at 0-0 that ultimately cost United.
