He is urging people who are not married to act as soon as possible
Financial guru Martin Lewis has sent out a warning to people who are not married. The money saving expert says a legal loophole could mean you are kicked out of your home if your partner dies.
"If you don't have a will it's worth looking up the intestacy rules. The most important people who need to hear a warning about wills, if you've not considered it, are those who are cohabiting but not married. "So if you are not married and cohabiting you will want to do this but frankly most of the people who have some assets perhaps should be looking at a will.
"If you're under 55, there is a much bigger scheme coming in November, it's called Will Aid, who draft a will for you in the hope you make a charitable donation now.
