Matt Hancock admits taking part in I’m a Celebrity was ‘controversial’ as he finishes in third place
The former health secretary’s appearance on the show has been met with widespread criticism but he defied the expectations of many by reaching the final.presenters Ant and Dec: “I know that it was controversial me coming here, I know some people said people in your position shouldn’t put themselves in embarrassing situations.The MP also said he was “so grateful” to have reached the final.
While viewers voted to keep him on the hit ITV show, he is set to face angry colleagues and constituents as he returns to work as an MP.
