Maura Higgins jumped to the defence of Molly-Mae Hague
Maura Higgins has defended her friend Molly-Mae Hague after she was slammed for her 'tone deaf' comments about her success.
Meanwhile fellow Love Island contestant Shaughna Phillips, 27, tweeted to her 100,400 followers: "If there’s one thing about me, you will never see me brag about things I have, or be flashy, or flaunt my earnings. The former Celebs Go Dating beauty later tweeted: "Molly Mae is young, who’s had a lot of success really quickly, and not a lot of “life”.
But Shaughna was quick to defend herself and stated: "100%! That’s why I tweeted this in her defence. She’s young and successful, it’s not her fault she has those views. Like I said, no shade, just jel lol."
