'I ruined everything in Love Island villa and caused a ban,' Maura Higgins reveals
Love Island star Maura Higgins has revealed she may be the reason bosses decided to ban fake tan in the villa.
Chloe, who was coupled up with Toby Aromolaran during the 2021 summer series and went on to be runner-up in the final, said she was disappointed and surprised as she reflected on the rules last year. "But I've heard they've banned fake tans, and I said to myself, 'Thank God that I did it when I was allowed'," the star told Insider.
While the brunette fan-favourite was happy to have been able to keep her routines, she also was apologetic to future islanders who won't be so lucky.
