McDonald's Monopoly start date, prizes list and the game explained

Customers can win anything from a free McFlurry to a holiday worth £2,000 to a new car

Monopoly is set to return to restaurants once more this autumn with a full list of exciting new prizes up for grabs., and offers those partaking in it the chance to win free food, cash – and in some cases – a car.

Customers can win the coveted prizes by peeling back stickers on selected menu items, including chicken selects, the McPlant burger and Big Tasty burger. The stickers will either reveal a property piece or an instant win. Alternatively, the fast food chain is now distributing digital peels too, encouraging people to scan their items through the McDonald’s app.will start on Wednesday 7 September and will last for six weeks, until Tuesday 18 October.

It coincides with the fast food brand increasing prices due to inflation, hiking the cost of most menu items by 10p to 20p,
