'Meghan Markle tipped to give Baby Sussex unusual name Allegra'
FROM Elizabeth to Diana, Arthur and Albert, speculation over Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's chosen baby name has been circulating for months.
Now, bookies think Italian moniker, Allegra, could be in the running after it's been revealed it was one of Princess Diana's favourite names.have not revealed whether they're having a boy or a girl, latest bets claim Grace, Diana, Arthur and Elizabeth are punters' most popular choices.But as royal fans continue to speculate over the gender and name, "Allegra" has entered the running this week, with bookies slashing odds from 100/1 to just 20/1.
The Italian name means "joyful and lively" and is said to be the name Diana wanted if she had had a baby girl., Diana had told a friend if she had a daughter, she wanted to call her Allegra after her pal, Lady Annabel Goldsmith, had mentioned the name.
