Beale says his future will be 'someone else's decision but will fight to improve Gers' fortunes until that call is made.
UNDER-FIRE Michael Beale last night vowed to battle on as Rangers manager - despite falling further behind Celtic in the title race and being booed by Ibrox fans.
“I don’t want to sit and talk things up after a result like that against a rival in Aberdeen. Coming into the game, I couldn’t see that result. And certainly after the first half, we didn’t deserve that outcome. “Listen, it’s a situation that has escalated much faster than I thought it would. I thought it was harsh to boo the players off at half-time.
“But we need to show better form than we have been. Today was our biggest domestic game since Celtic and we lost it. “When you don’t take chances, it deflates everyone and the confidence in the team. I expect us to take those chances. But we were a goal down at half-time for a corner where their guy scores from three yards out unopposed. That’s not good enough.
One of his blue chip buys, £4 million striker Cyriel Dessers, put in another poor performance yesterday and was eventually booed off by the home fans. Beale said: “Cyriel is not living in the best moment of his career.
