Eating a nutritious and balanced diet that's rich in vitamins and antioxidants is essential for living a healthy life.

The advice was issued by diet guru Dr Michael Mosley on a recent episode of his BBC Sounds podcast, Just One Thing. Doing this is said to improve heart health, improve the body's recovery after exercise and protect the skin - thanks to a "powerful antioxidant" called lycopene. There are plenty of health benefits that can come from increasing your tomato consumption, according to Michael.
