Leading diet expert Michael Mosley has shared his top three tips in order to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Michael responded with his top three "in no particular order" and he stressed that he didn't expect people to do them all. "Do this for a minute or so and really calming. I do it when i am stressed or awake in the middle of the night."
