Microsoft has announced another 10-year cloud gaming partnership designed to allay regulatory concerns over its proposed acquisition of Activision Blizzard

, Boosteroid, Ubitus and EE, the Nware deal is the latest in a string of agreements designed to help push through Microsoft’s controversial $69 billion merger with Activision

Blizzard.over concerns it would “alter the future of the fast-growing cloud gaming market, leading to reduced innovation and less choice for UK gamers over the years to come.”
