If you try to escape because you don’t have money, they even shoot you. I’ve seen that several times. If you try to escape and they caught you, they will bring you back and beat you. Serious beating. If the beating has been affecting them, they take them out of the prison, and you don’t know where they go,” he said. “It was very bad. Black people in Libya are dying all the time.
