'Flawed policies signal time for change', says mikedailly

THE England and Wales Court of Appeal ruled last week that it was unlawful to send UK asylum seekers to Rwanda to have their claims determined under Rwanda’s asylum system.

Interestingly, the ten asylum seekers in the case of AAA and others v. the Secretary of State for the Home Department had already won their cases before the English High Court on the grounds of procedural unfairness. His parting shot was to launch a cowardly and ridiculous attack on the parliamentary system itself before resigning his seat and scurrying off to make more money for talking nonsense.

Brexit has been an unmitigated economic disaster; driving up inflation by adding extra costs to UK imports and exports of goods. Bloomberg estimated Brexit was losing the UK economy £100bn per annum in lost trade and output. Johnson urged Rishi Sunak MP to use UK Government’s delegated powers under the 2004 Asylum and Immigration Act to deem Rwanda a safe country for UK asylum seekers.
