Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has told activists the Tories showed their"true colours" with tax cuts that will benefit the wealthiest most.

Analysis of the mini-budget by the Resolution Foundation said “only the very richest households in Britain” will see their incomes grow as a result of the tax cuts.
