Government set to to accept Low Pay Commission’s recommendation of a more than 5% increase to £9.42
A rise in the UK “national living wage” is expected to be announced by the government early this week, potentially raising it by more than 5% to £9.42.Commission, which has been examining the possibility of an increase from £8.91 to approximately £9.42 in April 2022.
