A missing man and his dog were found dead after 'falling 100ft' during a hike in bad weather. Tributes have been pouring in for 'lovely and kind' Kyle Sambrook, 33, who police believe was carrying his beloved Beagle Bane when tragedy struck.
Kyle and Bane were last seen in the Lost Valley area of Glencoe in North West Scotland. Their bodies were later recovered by mountain rescue teams and the Coastguard on Saturday afternoon . Brian Bathurst, deputy team leader of Glencoe Mountain Rescue Team, said it was possible the landscape gardener was carrying his dog when he fell almost 100ft in 'appalling weather' conditions, reports the Mirror. They were found in a gully about 2,625 ft up on the 3632 ft high Stob Coire nam Beith.
