Missing Scots man last seen in early hours of New Year's Day as police launch frantic search
Police say they are "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of a missing Scots man who drove off in his car in the early hours of New Year's Day.
The 45-year-old is described as 5ft8 in height, slim build and short brown hair. When he was last seen, he wore dark jeans and a black jacket.
