The Malibu Pier was looking a lot like Paris.
like Paris – especially like the street style scene that unfolds outside of Miu Miu’s buzzy fashion shows. The fashion crowd descended on the Malibu Pier clad in micro-miniskirts and bras for tops for a beachside fete in celebration of the Italian fashion label’s one-day only pop-up.
Just before the sun would set into the Pacific Ocean, the Miu Miu Summer Club opened. There were Miu Miu-branded lifebuoys and beach carts doling out refreshments. Gigi Hadid was there, sporting a slinky black spaghetti strap dress with a micro logo printed across the chest, and she could be seen chatting it up with actor Hailee Steinfeld. Elsewhere sisters Chloe and Halley Bailey took turns taking photos of one another with a backdrop of scenic Malibu.
And just as the sun began to disappear into the deep blue, Georgia Gets By took to the stage to deliver a performance that served as the perfect close to a perfect evening.
