Montana Brown has spoken openly about having a doula at her side throughout her pregnancy and during labour on her Instagram Stories, saying it made her feel 'empowered'
Montana Brown has spoken candidly about her birth experience with followers in an Instagram Stories question and answer after the birth of her son Jude.A doula is a woman who supports pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and giving birth.
“She was so impactful on the day especially with things not going to plan, she kept things calm and was mostly really helpful for Mark having to get everything ready for hospital and also communicated with the hospital team my preferences so that Mark could be really present with me I want more children and I can't imagine Em not being at the birth with all of them tbh [pleading eyes emoji]”.
Accompanying the photo, she wrote: “Biggest advice is be informed and always go with your gut. I would recommend doing hypnobirthing courses with @themindfulbirthgroup as I learnt so much about my birth choices.
