Mum died after waiting almost an hour for ambulance
He said: "She was screaming and screaming 'I can't breathe, I'm going to die'."
A patient report from NWAS and seen by Manchester Evening News says an ambulance was on the way to the scene at 3.18am. Ashkay said: "An hour before, I was there, with my mum, trying to help her get her breath. An hour later, she's lying in front of me, passed away."
