Avery struck Ms Wilson on the head and body where she suffered cuts and bruises.
Carol Avery, 50, and Jamie Deans, 19, turned on Patricia Wilson, 39, and Mark Nicholson, 37, at their flat in Glasgow's Broomhill on January 11, 2022.Deans meantime hit Mr Nicholson as he tried to help Ms Wilson.
They later threatened to murder another neighbour while armed with wrenches due to an argument over a PlayStation which was not returned to Deans. Avery and Deans pleaded guilty to the assaults as well as behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.Glasgow Sheriff Court heard Avery had an argument with Ms Wilson earlier that day over the phone.Avery and Deans attended Ms Wilson's property while armed and barged in."Mr Nicholson attended to assist her, however Deans proceeded to strike him with the hammer."Ms Wilson was hit with an unknown item during the melee.Mr Nicholson meantime suffered cuts to his left elbow.
