Sophie leapt over her sleeping husband to try and rouse him, him but misjudged her jump and fell off the bed, knocking herself out.
A woman has revealed how she will probably never walk again after trying to wake her husband for a bit of ‘hanky panky’.
Her husband got up to go to the loo and managed to help her back into bed and she could move her arms, but her limbs felt cold. Sophie said: ‘I was mucking about and bunny hopping over my husband on my hands and knees and just being a wally messing in bed as you do, I misjudged a jump and fell off the bed.
Sophie said: ‘My nerve pain was that bad that I’d scream if anyone touched me because it felt like a hot poker touching me and I constantly felt like my skin was burning – it was the worst pain you could ever feel in your life.’
