A mum has been banned from driving for three years after being so drunk she mistook a CD for her driving licence. Isaura Matsinhe, 36, had been out drinking wine with friends before moving onto strong cocktails during a night out on Saturday. She was stopped when she almost crashed her Skoda into a police car that had to swerve out of her way in Marchwiel, near Wrexham.Prosecutor Suzanne Cartwright said she had glazed eyes and admitted to having spent the night in the pub.
