The PSNI has confirmed an investigation into reported sexual assault is 'ongoing'.
A Co Derry mum who reported a sexual assault against her child at a caravan park has said she was "evicted" from the site last month.
A statement posted on social media last month, however, acknowledges that "an incident occurred where a customer was asked to leave the park". The family decided to return to the site when the caravan season resumed earlier this year, she said. She said she then contacted the PSNI when the alleged perpetrator drove past the family "waving and smiling".
