Viewers said there was 'bickering' on BBC Breakfast this morning
BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty shared an update with fans after viewers said they spotted "tension" between her and co-host Charlie Stayt during Thursday's show.
Naga said: “It is very different because I think you would buy a posher sandwich or a more intricate sandwich if it was already made for you than you would make at home."Charlie agreed before adding that prawn mayonnaise had topped the list, while Naga pulled a disgusted face, the Express reports. Charlie said: "It is a very different thing, the sandwich you choose to buy off a shelf, to one you might make at home.
Viewers who believed they had spotted tension in the BBC studio quickly took to X, formerly known as Twitter, as John said: "Naga’s eye-rolls off the scale this morning. Good to see such heart-warming chemistry between presenters.” Oliver said: "What is going on this morning with Charlie and Naga? There is certainly tension this morning…" and Tracy said: "The bickering ... is difficult to watch".
