Susie received one of the worst calls possible and broke down 'into tears'.
A nan was held by a stranger in Primark after bursting into tears following a heartbreaking phone call.
She had received a call from a nursing home that told her that her mother-in-law, Lillian Riley, had died following a two-year battle with dementia. Susie, who lives in Bebington, Wirral, told the Liverpool Echo: "I was in pieces and burst into tears. I was bewildered and uncomfortable because I was in the middle of Primark and there was a massive queue behind me.”
A kind-hearted stranger saw Susie sobbing and wrapped her arms around her without asking what was wrong. She also gave her a tissue to dry her eyes and tried to comfort her.
