From an unusual F1 car to drivers tackling Brands_Hatch in reverse, here are some of the interesting stories from last weekend's national racing ⬇️
Historic racer Peter Williams is now racing one of the two LEC grand prix cars built for David Purley in 1977.
Later this year the car will be shipped to America for the F1 support race at the Circuit of the Americas. There it will join Maydon’s car so that both LECs are on the grid together.
This included 1974 Brabham F1 driver Richard Robarts and Historic F5000 Lola T400 racer Edwin Jowsey with the Jack Moor-built Wasp.MSVR was able to complete the full Donington Park timetable despite power cut delayMotorSport Vision Racing had to hastily reorganise last Sunday’s races at Donington Park after a local power cut threatened to severely delay the timetable.
