Netflix subscribers have been delighted to learn one of the top coming-of-age films from the noughties has been added to the platform.
Based on the 1999 book Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging by Louise Rennison, the film, released in 2008, was a hit. One iconic scene sees Georgia running through the streets dressed as a stuffed olive after an embarrassing incident at a fancy dress party, sound tracked by Scouting For Girls' She's So Lovely.
Realising the film is now available to stream, Netflix subscribers have been sharing their excitement across social media. One person hailed it as 'the best comfort movie' while many expressed their feelings of nostalgia.
