There's a common trend this year and we're loving it
The Grand National 2023 has officially started with a bang, with excited racegoers gathering at Aintree.
Every year, racegoers spend weeks, even months planning a show-stopping outfit complete with glamorous hair and makeup to finish it all off. With fashion trends changing year on year, the most eye-catching outfits seem to all have something in common. Although this morning started off with some severe blustery winds, that didn't stop the ladies in attendance from adding a pop of colour to the dull morning. As they all made their grand entrance, it was clear to see there was a big theme throughout.ECHO reporters and photographers are live on the Aintree Racecourse and have seen an array of incredible outfits. The common theme this year was definitely bold pinks, and women's suits.
Although there were still a lot of fedoras and country chic consisting of tweed suits and boots, it was bold colours that really took the crown today. We've made sure to get all the best snaps of the bold and vibrant outfits.
