Some papers report on 'fury' over the police intervention in Sue Gray's inquiry into alleged No 10 parties.
Several front pages report on "fury" after the Metropolitan Police asked that Sue Gray's much-anticipated report into alleged Downing Street lockdown parties carries only "minimal reference" to events the force is investigating. "Gray gagged" is how the i describes the apparent censoring of her report, which it says is due to be published "imminently".
Meanwhile, the Financial Times says MPs have accused Dame Cressida of a "stitch-up" over her intervention in the controversy, with some fearing the scandal could "drag on for weeks" as a result. The Met's request has raised fears Gray's full findings could be delayed "indefinitely" a government source has told the Guardian.
