🔴 The NHS is facing calls to speed up and improve digital communication after patients missed important letters during Royal Mail strikes
Founder Kenny Bloxham says the take-up of digital communication in the NHS has been “stratospheric” since the start of the pandemic.
Separate figures from the Office of National Statistics suggest the majority of people “offline” are aged 70 or over. Chair of the Health and Social Care Committee, Steve Brine, says the delays demonstrate why the NHS must improve how it communicates with patients He said there is a “great degree of difference” in how good communication is in different parts of the NHS.
