A CITY restaurant has provided free meals for the NHS as part of the 75th-anniversary celebrations.workers on Wednesday, July 7. Nightshift workers at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary tucked into some culinary delights from the eatery.It was a move that highlighted their unwavering gratitude for staff at the health board, recognising the vital role they play in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of the public.
Peet said: “We made and delivered a total of 198 meals for the staff at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary as part of the 75th-anniversary celebrations. "As we commemorate the 75th anniversary of the NHS, we wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude and admiration for the remarkable work undertaken by these individuals every day.
“By providing some free hospitality, we hope we have played our part in offering some respite for these fantastic members of staff.”
