PSNI warning as many children and young people get new devices and computer games for Christmas
A man in his 20s has been arrested in Coleraine on suspicion of attempted sexual communication with a child.
A police spokesperson urged parents and guardians to be vigilant with children and young people who may have received new technology for Christmas.Detective Chief Inspector Kerry Brennan said: “Many children and young people will receive new devices and computer games for Christmas, but we’re asking parents, do you know what your child is doing online or most importantly, who they are talking to?
