Dillion spent three weeks in a coma before making an unexpected recovery
A Co Down man who died three times and was told he would never walk again is set to take on a sponsored walk to raise money for the charity Air Ambulance.
"When they arrived I was dead and you are not supposed to be resuscitated after eight minutes. They sat with me for over an hour and for some reason they knew they were going to bring me back. "When I learnt to walk again they have been telling my story to every doctor in the country as an example of why they shouldn't give up hope on people," he continued.
"There was a big, gaping hole in my heel where the metal from my boot went into my foot and split it open. They checked it and said it was really bad, three days later it had heeled and the doctors said that they had never seen anything heal like it."
