She alleged that it tasted off, voicing her belief that it contained a mix of cranberry juice and alcohol. Ruth, who was reportedly a virgin at the time, claimed that she was crying throughout the alleged incident but that he continued to instruct her. The paperwork reportedly states that she contracted HPV, and is seeking damages – but it is not clear how much is being sought.
