Nicola's billionaire father Nelson Peltz, 80, is suing her second organisers Plan Design Events – claiming they failed to return a deposit of $159,000 after being fired.
Nicola Peltz's scathing text messages which left her former wedding planners in tears and drinking shots of tequila have been revealed in court.
In court documents obtained by The Mirror, it stated that on February 23, 2022, the pair were requested to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement by Peltz as a preliminary step before more discussions. On March 1, Peltz's legal team sent the event duo revised proposals for the star-studded event as well as the hefty sum of $159,000 as a deposit.
In a bid to aid his case, Nelson shared screenshots of text messages sent between Nicola, Arianna and Nicole which saw Nicole say she needed to guzzle a tequila as her "head about to explode."One text message saw Nicola say she was "tired of catching" mistakes made by Nicole and Arianna after they stated one guest responded to say he would be in attendance – despite speaking to Nicola on a private basis.
“Lewis Hamilton did NOT RSVP. So explain why his names on the list please,” Nicola wrote in the group text chain. “We spoke to him. He can’t come so explain why you said he rsvpd yes”.
