NICOLA STURGEON was attacked in the Scottish parliament for 'letting down' a family after failing to reopen services for adults with special needs.
Speaking in Scottish Parliament, Mr Rennie said:"I am concerned deeply about the lack of services for adults with special needs after a year it's certainly taken its toll on them."Does the first minister agree that if we can open up pubs and football fan zones we should be restarting community services for adults with special needs?"
