BBC Breakfast presenter Nina Warhurst has hit back in style - after a woman criticised her hair. On Twitter, the pregnant 42-year-old broadcaster shared a cruel email she received from a female viewer after Wednesday's show.
The viewer told Nina, who is expecting her third child, she "looked 'a mess" and that they were "repulsed by her hair". They even implied Nina's hair put them off their breakfast. Nina didn't take the criticism to heart, though, and instead shared a glorious response via her Twitter account, reports the Daily Mirror. Sharing a screenshot of the offending email alongside a selfie of herself on the BBC Breakfast set, Nina wrote: "Women who do this to women [sad face emoji]."Too repulsed by my hair to eat her breakfast, but managing to bang out this vitriol.
"F*** THEM . U look lovely x," presenter Rylan told the presenter. Sky News star Leah Boleto added: "Mate you look beautiful.Sports broadcaster Hayley McQueen told Nina: "Wow, if that's a bad hair day you should see mine sometimes. Some people are so strange!""And it's jealousy which will ensure this embittered wench wallows in the cave where she belongs, while talent and hard work has elevated you to the heady heights of breakfast tele. Keep shining QUEEN.
