Solicitors for former Sinn Fein MEP say they have requested Martina Anderson's personal data from BBC
Solicitors for former Sinn Fein MEP Martina Anderson say they have written to the BBC asking for "all personal data" relating to a reported BBC investigation into the Nolan Show - including messages allegedly circulated between some members of the Nolan Show team.
O Muirigh Solicitors say they have written to the BBC under GDPR legislation to request a copy of Ms Anderson's personal data.In a statement published by O Muirigh Solicitors on social media on Wednesday, a spokesperson said: "We have written to the BBC to ask for a copy of all personal data relating to our client contained within material held by the BBC in relation to its investigation into the Nolan Show as referenced in the Irish News article .
