Kenny Smith wants to 'control the levers of power' in local communities with a new political party he intends to register by stealth
A notorious far-right extremist has been exposed for a scheme to help register his new neo-Nazi group as a political party.
In the clip, from a Homeland meeting held on April 20, which is also Hitler's birthday, Smith is heard saying: "We have got a team of people who are putting an application in at the moment that are not well known. The application won’t even be under the Homeland name, initially. He said: "You can't have a proper community if you don't control the levers of power in that community. The organisation needs a focused approach to winning power, taking control of budgets and policymaking in places.Top news stories today Last October, the Record reported that Smith, alongside other members of Patriotic Alternative, hosted their annual conference at a family hotel in Stirling as bemused holiday-makers looked on in disgust.
