Food lovers wanting to spoil themselves with a luxury dinner at home this Christmas can have all the hard work done for them by professional chefs. "I started doing it about ten years ago for mates. They'd say 'I can't cook a Christmas dinner' and I'd say 'yes you can' and got it all ready for them and it kind of evolved from there. They were like 'oh my god, this is amazing' because there's no hassle and no worry. You don't have to go to M&S or Asda to buy it. You just turn up, it's in a box and all ready to go, and there's the instructions.
Accompaniments are braised red cabbage, redcurrant, port and caraway seed, then there's parsnip bake with Parmesan and hazelnut granola, along with sprouts, honey and smoked bacon nuggets and Christmas spiced carrots, sage and butter.
