Goncalo Guedes has been tipped to be 'absolutely fantastic' for Wolves
Wolves have signed Portugal international Goncalo Guedes from Valencia in a move that has been described as ‘absolutely fantastic’.
“We have been monitoring Goncalo for a long time and are very pleased to welcome him to Wolves,” said chairman Jeff Shi. “Goncalo worked with Bruno at Benfica and played with many members of our squad previously, so we’re confident he will settle quickly into the group here. Only relegated trio Burnley, Watford and Norwich scored fewer goals than Wolves’ 38 last season, with Guedes, who has seven goals in 32 games for Portugal, hoping to up that tally.
